Emmy-Nominated Humor
Below is a comedy sketch I had the honor of writing for the Emmy®-winning “The Steve and Kathy Show”. This sketch was nominated in the “Religious” category. I was absolutely floored to see how the producers of the show made it look so much like the actual “Cheaters”! If you look VERY closely and quickly, my face appears on the left side of the screen at 3:36. Of course, I encourage you to watch the whole thing!
The ways I’ve been involved with “The Steve and Kathy Show” have not been limited to writing. I have also had the opportunity to the be in the cast for the show on a few occasions. One of my first experiences being a cast member was as Wakhawi Wakhashem, a TV weatherman. Probably my favorite part of this sketch is the news ticker that runs along the bottom of the screen.
